  1. I am reading Escape Room by Maren Stoffels. It is about a group of friends who decided to do an escape room together one Friday night. The only issue was, none of them told their parents where they were going, they all lied. They got through the first part pretty quick, but after that things escalate. They get trapped in and need to find a way to get out without anyone getting hurt. I am definitely hooked on the book and want to keep reading. I chose this book because I read a lot of reviews and summaries of it and thought it was really interesting.

  2. I chose to read Escape Room. I chose it because Gabi told me about it, read the summary and it sounded interesting. I was interested cause I always have wanted to go to an actual escape room. It started out with Mint and Alissa were hanging out at the park. They ordered pizza from Sky and offered it to Miles. They also asked him if he was gay because Alissa liked him. I am hooked on this book and will probably finish early.

The beginning off this book hooked you right away because they started to talk about Madeline's sickness and then this new neighbor boy moved in and she was obsessed with him. She cannot go outside because of her sickness, so she puts her email up in her window so the boy can start emailing her.

  4. I am reading the book It Ends With Us. There reason I picked this book was because my sister and a few of my friends have read it and they all really liked it, so I thought I would give it a try. I got my book from one of my friends. A specific reason I chose this book was because my sister is not much of a reader and she read it so I know it was going to be a good book. 6. I chose Elie Wiesel's Night for my third book for a few reasons: it was my first pick for my second book, but didn't get it, I've always found history interesting - especially the 1900s - so this gave me that excuse to read more into the WWII era, and put simply, Night is a shorter book. The beginning of the book is fast-paced, almost a brief background of Elie before they he is transported into concentration camps and, saying I'm hooked is almost an understatement; due to it being so quick in events, it's very easy to just keep reading. Night is probably of the three books that I've read most outside of class. I think I only have about eight pages left of the 120 page novel.

They are there because of a nuclear attack that happened 6 year prior to the start of the book. The way I chose this book was just going through the library and looking for a book that seemed good. It started out with Ira getting in a car crash. He just sits in his car looking back on his long life. It shifts to Sophias were she is a college girl who goes to a rodeo when she meets a bull rider named Luke. They start talking and want to get closer. So far the book is good,.

My initial thoughts about my book i chose was that it was going to have a sad ending because in the movie their dad dies and if the book explains more than the movie it is defiantly going to be sad. 11. The book I chose was Night by Elie Wiesel. I choose this book because I find WWII stories very interesting, and when I didn't get Night for the last book I decided I would use my choice on Night. It started out in a tiny town with a Jewish community but quickly picks up pace and gets right into our main character Elie and his family's journey to Auschwitz. I scanned the shelves to find a book that somewhat stood out to me and this book caught my eye. There is quite a bit of build-up to the mythical stuff but there lot of mystery going on in the book from people hiding things from the main characters. 19. I am reading The Vampire Academy and so far the book is very interesting. I have been introduced to 2 of the main characters. Rosalie and Lissa ran away from the academy and have been on the run ever since. Lissa is a royal moroi, which is what they call a vampire but they aren't like regular ones since they can go out in the sun. Rosalie is a dhampir, which means she is half vampire half human, and their role is to protect the moroi from strigoi. Strigoi are the evil vampires that only drink blood from moroi but they can't go out in the sun. It is confusing to remember that sometimes

  37. The book I'm reading is called Ghost Boys. I chose this book because I thought it was interesting but sad that it puts you into the perspective of a ghost of someone who died. The book starts off sad because the main character died right at the beginning. He was shot by a cop and the cop said he had no choice because he was carrying a gun, but why? Some things I found interesting about this book is that unlike the other books I've read this year, this book lets you know when the timeline shifts between before and after the event happened. It was really easy to understand.

  42. I chose to read "the Laramie Project". I chose it because it is more of a common issue and a present issue rather than something from along time ago. I just went to the library and found it. I picked it so I could understand more current issues in our world. my initial thoughts are that its boring cause all they did at first was interview people. I'm not really hooked but its starting to grow on me

  43. i chose to read Micheal vey the final spark because it is book seven in the series this is the seventh book in the series so i will give you a little background information. Michael Vey is no ordinary high schooler in fact hes far from it he is electric as in shoot electricity from your fingers electric he was part of an experiment when he was born and the experiment failed or so they thought because most of them died shortly after the experiment and the experiment also killed micheals dad it shocked him right in the heart so at the begining i thought he was dead turns out hes not hes the one behind the electrocan and the rebels against the elgen who are a power company who do experiments on things like rats and they turn the rats electric and whoever disobeyes hatch a scientist hungery for power and to take over the world wants every one of the eletroclan dead because they are standing in his way of taking over the world so in this book micheal gained enough power he climbed ontop of a tower during a lightning storm and when the lightning struck he blew up like a nuke ular bomb everything around them died or turned to glass like the sand and the elgens boat the Joule was stolen by the electroclan so now hatch has been having no sleep almost all of his army had been destroyed in the battle and he is almost bqeaten but not for long hatch is a smart evil caniving lowlife that gets what he wants or he will hurt someone to get it

  44. I chose Billy Summers by Stephen King. I chose to read Billy Summers because it was the first book i saw on my dads desk and needed something to read for class. Billy Summers is a hitman for hire and he is about to do his last job. He ends up getting set up and isnt given the majority of his money from killing the target.
